Adult Video King/AVキング Problem/Issue

I'm having problem running AV King ( https://vndb.org/v500 ).
Simply put, it doesn't run at all. It looks like a compatibility issue (see attachment). I'm running Win7 Ultimate 64 bit SP1. Of course running the .exe in either windows 95 or windows XP compatibility work doesn't work (on an unrelated note, I don't think it ever worked for me).

Anyone has any ideas how to run it, sans installing Windows XP mode (I mean, the game looks fun, but not that fun)? I would appreciate any help at all.

2.5D Hentai Games/Novels like Rondo Duo?

I've been looking for games or visual novels like Tinklebells Rondo Duo, but I can't find any. I really like the artstyle and the 2.5D animations, isn't there anything that comes close to that, besides the other Tinklebell games?
I know of Slave who produce games like I Love yuu, but they can't be the only ones, right? ^^

So after GSL was gone I kinda stopped coming here as often as before and eventually stopped altogether.
Now, I have come back to learn that a working file is up again. Assuming that I do get the file from vinplayer and get back to modding again, what are some precautions i should take to not get banned when the file get's detected? or precautions to not be detected as easily? or just precautions to take in general?

It's great to see that the Vindi Modding community is still alive. :cries:

ITHVNR - ITH with the VNR engine

ITHVNR is a fork of the ITH GUI that uses the VNR engine, which is itself a fork of the old ITH engine. I created it to learn C++ and I learned a lot.

I have made lots of changes to the ITH GUI. Fixed bugs, simplified the GUI, radically simplified the code, switched the build system to CMake. Building ITHVNR is easy. Merging changes from vnr is only calling one script.

It's possible that I introduced bugs, report them here.

Hair Tera Elin Ears

The animal ears from the game Tera.

Ears are scalable and moves, BUT since it uses the texture from Tera it's not colorable.
Mod takes hair extension slots 104, 105 & 106 (each column above represent the corresponding slots). Unzip in the corresponding folders.

Mesh are ripped from the game Tera, modified to fit the game. The fur are all texture so had to recreate the little bits of fur on the tip of the ears as mesh inorder to get the black outline in game.

I did try to see if I can get it to be colorable via the hair color, but could not get the fur texture to work with the color. Made the whole thing look flat and low res.

There is a ram style hair/horn, but it just doesn't look right on AA2 (it's basically a low res pony tail, curled into a horn) and I didn't want to create a non-flip slot just for it.

Your favorite location for h scenes?

I was wondering what are some of your favorite locations for h scenes to happen in? You know how in 3D hentai games, you can choose the location of the h scenes? Which one do you usually choose? Some examples could be in a dungeon, bathroom, cell room, classroom, etc etc. One of my favorite location has to be the toilet stall of a restroom. I just really like the different positions used on the toilet itself and how confined the space is. Another one has to be a patient's bed in a hospital. Sex in a locker room is pretty hot too.. :flattered:

Kasumi Mania 3 or [SLAVE] HTML Game Problems.

So I just recently started to archive a lot of old things and I came across this. The download for the game came from here

and it contains a folder with the files, along with an html file.

Everything worked fine in the html file (including the gif, interactive photos, and the CG files. However, internet explorer refuses to load the movies or the menu with the 4 options (bottom left being the movie). Everytime I click on the interactive movies, internet explorer just says "cannot display webpage".

I have updated java to latest and my current version of IE is IE 9.
I have also installed MPG4C32.inf as said in the torrent.

I do see that in the torrent page, there is "playback help" but I don't see how an html file needs mpc-hc, foobar, or any codecs to work, especially when it seems that this game only really demands IE 6+ and windows media player as mentioned in the original japanese files.

Any help on how anyone here was able to play and of [SLAVE] games or Kasumi Mania 3 in particular?

PS: incase you're wondering, i've lurked around in this forum since that game "Love Death 4" came out. (I lurked but i never bother registering a forum account because i don't know anyone here and i really don't have much to say about this plain, old boring life of mine)

i was also waiting for Atachi to update lolifox but that never came to be. Then there was the time when hongfire had that mascot change and people cried about it for a while.

The last time i lurked here was when there was this thread where this guy was angry at solarenemy for putting up images of cockroaches (because he has a fear of cockroach?) so everyone responded by changing their sigs and avatar to cockroaches just to irritate the guy. Those were fun times indeed. i've been working so dilligently and so hard for so long since i graduated college, i barely even had time to use my home computer properly anymore.

when i remembered how hongfire had a trading forum i decided that if i come back here, i'd probably have a better chance of finding someone who can help me with this than elsewhere. so at last, here i am.
