New Episode of Law and Order: SVU Focuses on Otaku Culture

The most recent episode of the NBC crime drama Law and Order: Special Victims Unit has touched off intense discussion in the anime community. The episode, titled “Loliconvict”, featured detectives Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and Tutuola (Ice-T) pursuing an illicit doujinshi ring. The episode takes the detectives to an anime convention where they attend a boring panel discussion on the topic “what the hell is moe, anyway?”, and to several basements packed to the rafters with idol figures and dakimakura.
Throughout the episode, the agents crack down on otaku and the recent “moe” phenomenon, hinted to be synonymous with child pornography. Otaku, the episode explains, are dangerous reclusive criminals who peddle explicit cartoons. Agent Tutuola apprehends one otaku early in the episode and uncovers his harem of wives (known as “waifu”) before remarking that the man’s waifu were “shit.”
While many members of the anime community criticized the episode for inaccurately portraying anime fans as sexually deviant misogynist polygamist socially inept criminal weirdos, the writing staff insists that the episode was carefully researched.
“Our writers spent hours poring over Anitwitter, /a/, and several major anime websites in order to make the episode as believable as possible,” episode director Warren Leight told Anime Maru.
“In one scene, Detective Tutuola says that he read on ANN that Kirino was, in fact, best OreImo. That’s actually something we really saw on that website. See what I mean? We are committed to being authentic.”

OK, maybe the cure-all claim does deserve pause, a moment to lunge after that fleeting sanity you could swear you possessed just moments ago. But Jonsson's earnestness is transfixing. He shows you the pretty fungus again -- velvety, striped, fan-shaped chunks which do look like turkey tails and, you recall now, en masse on a log resemble those ruffled Mexican folklorico dresses. Plus, Jonsson seems so healthy -- these young-old medicine-man types tend to, though.
"I'm about to start from here, as soon as I can find a horse, and do a medicine run," he says.

This study suggests that turkey tail mushrooms are an effective adjunct to conventional chemotherapeutic medicines and radiation therapy.

After weeks of searching, I finally found the game. But I'm having Technical Difficulties. Whenever I click New Game, the screen goes black with the Audio still playing. And when I access the gallery, the game crashes. Then I noticed a 1.00 on the bottom of the title screen. It looks like there's a 1.1 version somewhere.

So I'm looking for the game again WITH the 1.1 patch (Or at least the patch itself).

This game used to work for me but now when trying to start the program nothing happens, no error message, the process just kills itself.

Tried re-installing as admin, locale set to Japan etc'. Install goes fine, nocd patch throws some error.
Anyone has any ideas?

ใช้โปรแกรม snagit บันทึกจากที่อัดใน cg ในเกมวิดีโอแล้วsaveรูปจาก ulead VideoStudio แล้วดัดแปลงรูปให้เป็นรูปนู้ดไม่ใส่อะไรเลยด้วย photoshop โดยการโคลนสเต็ป แล้วก็กอปหน้าผู้หญิงเวลาเคลื่อนไหว และใช้การยืดรูปพื้นหลังขยับเหมือนกับว่าเคลื่อนไหวไ ด้แบบไม่ผิดธรรมชาติ
แล้วก็ใช้ window midea player อัดด้วย snagit ต่อแล้วจากนั้นเร่งที่อัดเป็น 3 เท่าเลยได้ภาพนี้แหละครับ

[Nutaku] Millennium War Aigis

What is Millennium War Aigis

Aigis is a Tower Defense Game with RPG elements. Currently its not P2W and never will be (its a pay to enjoy kind of game if you get what im saying...)

How do I get more units
Spoiler

In Aigis (both versions) there are 3 ways to acquire units.
1.- Completing a map with all the unit drops for said map will net you a one time only Silver unit.
2.-Trading Demon Crystals for Units (Demon Crystals can only be obtained on the Thursday Daily mission and some special maps)
3.-Rare Summon (or Gate) use 5 sacred crystals to summon a unit (Sacred Crystals can only be obtained with real money or during special occasions)
4.-Events (not available yet) eventually well get events to get special units more on that later.


Should I use the Gate? (Rare Summon)

If you're planning on staying and using money every once in a while; I would recommend to use your precious crystals to try your luck and snatch a good gold unit.
some veterans recommend on sitting on crystals and use them during events but....there wont be events for a while so.....yeah....

Lafate's Note: It seems currently either their isn't many units or the algorithm is messed up. All of people have been doing Premium unit summons and have been getting a lot of platinum units. Person I've done it four times and have gotten two platinum units, one gold unit, and one silver unit. It could just be everyone getting lucky however as not much research has actually gone into this. Either way do this at your own risk of getting nothing, but silvers. Here are what the percentages of what you may get are suppose to be.

Premium Unit Summons
Black: 3%
Platinum: 10%
Gold: 37%
Silver: 50%

Rare Unit Summons
Black: 1%
Platinum: 2.5%
Gold: 26.5%
Silver: 70%


Should I feed my units with my silver units?

NO!, NEVER be aware that we wont be getting silver units for a LONG TIME and unless Nutaku feels generous enough to replace the current demon crystals units with silver units *wink wink* we won't have a sure way to get silvers, which could stunt your growth for months unless you're planning on spending some serious money. EVEN if you're planning on spending lots of money don't do it. Silvers are used to Class Change (evolve) your units into more powerful versions of themselves which could help you finish harder maps for higher rewards.


When should I CC (Class Change)

Most people would recommend at lvl 50, and they'd be right. The only reason to CC at lvl 30 is for Awakening purposes (not yet available on Nutaku) however it would take you a long time to get to that point so....don't waste your time and CC at lvl 50 to make your units strong enough


Are silver units useful at all?

Yes, most silver units can be really strong as time passes. mostly because of affection bonuses and lvl 50/50. so don't waste your silvers and raise them well they could save your skin several times


I cant complete the levels or this game is too hard

Aigis is a slow paced game it will take you a long time to complete it. for now you should be aiming at.
1.-Getting Katie (Katie is a Free Golden Soldier Available at the Quest sub-menu (you have to actually click on Mission quest and then on Strategy Lesson Quest). In order to get her you have to pass the tutorial. the tutorial its really easy and the only "hard" level is the second to last which requires you to use soldiers and Valkyries to pass. Note that completing these maps will net you a bonus silver units which will make your life much easier)
2.-Getting to pastoral gate to Farm for Fooder and gold. also you should be getting all the silver units from the past maps.
3.- Getting White Witch Chloris at the Urgent Mission Drill. these missions are actually challenging for low level players and you should level up all of your units in order to complete said quests.
4.-Complete Challenge Quests these quests drop Fairies and gifts for girls which can unlock the H content and increase your units stats. Do it!
5.-Get Cyrus at the Trading post. Mages are awesome and you should have a Gold one! trust me GET HIM before they take him out.


When should I start doing the Dailies?

Ignore them until you have a nicely leveled team since these can be really challenging. also take note that Monday Daily is the most important to complete so Search for videos to learn more about these missions.


Unit Guide.

Prince
Spoiler

A good Melee unit that acquires his strength the more you level up your account. he cannot receive exp from fooder, but will keep getting stronger the more you play. A weakling at the beginning but a badass at lvl 99. use him with caution as he only blocks one enemy.


Soldier
Spoiler

Soldiers are all around melee units that are pivotal to your line-up. They are balanced units that do not excel offensively or defensively, but they are great early deployment units because of their low cost. These units will block 2 enemies and are great at stopping goblin rushes. Good soldier units will have the Reinforcement skill. When this skill is used, it will replenish your eployment points. Soldiers with this skill are great assets because they will make missions less difficult. The ability to deploy high cost units sooner because of Reinforcement is not to be underestimated. Never again will you have to wait endlessly to deploy a mage when a horde of red gargoyles is flying through your map. Eventually you will need to force your soldier to retreat and replace them with a strong unit that can handle a stronger wave of enemies.


Heavy Armor

Heavy Armors are the tank units of this game. At a moderately high cost, they provide better tanking ability than soldiers. When a soldier's value during a mission is lowered as time progresses, force the soldier to retreat and immediately replace them with a Heavy Armor or a better unit. These units will block 3 enemies. Heavy Armors are generally paired up with a mage positioned nearby because of the heavy armor's lower damage.


Healers
Spoiler

Healers are the life and blood of your strategy. What more can be said? Positioning is important because one wrong position and one unit will not be healed. A CC'd healer will reduce your reliance on more healers because of the increased casting range, but make sure your units are capable enough to kill enemies without making it a burden on the healer and other units. Healers will heal lower HP units with higher priority (percentage based).


Archers
Spoiler

Archers are ranged units. Their low cost allows them to be deployed early and their range allows them to weaken or kill enemies before they can attack a melee unit. They are great support units because of their ability to provide cover fire. Enemy mages, witches, and archers can be a threat to archers because of their low defense, therefore positioning and healer support will be important against them. Archers will attack flying units with higher priority.


Rogues
Spoiler

Rogues are melee units with high damage output at a low cost. The attack stat may be low, but their attacking speed is very fast. Rogues are also frail and can only block 1 enemy so it isn't advised to put them in the front line position. Despite their frailty, they can evade attacks to avoid damage. Most rogues' key skill is the ability 'Assassinate.' This allows them to have a chance to instantly kill an enemy when used. Rogues are great against wolves, goblins, mages, witches, and archers. It's not recommended that you send them out against armored units because they will outclass the rogue unless you can get a lucky assassination off. One rogue to consider using is Kyuteri (Gold Rogue). She has the skill "Recovery" which makes her a great damage dealing unit with sustainability.


Mages
Spoiler

Mages are ranged caster units. They will cast a fire blast on a target for high damage. Enemies in the proximity of the blast will take lowered damage. This is useful against horde rushes as well as gargoyle rushes. The only downside is that mages have a high deployment cost. Just like witches, mages have very low defense. It is necessary to have a soldier deployed early if you want to bring out a mage soon. Mages will attack flying units with higher priority.


Witches
Spoiler

Witches are ranged caster units. Witches are similar to archers, but they have a lower attack range. They will cast an ice shard on a single target. The target will then be inflicted with a short debuffs that lowers their speed and attack speed. Take caution against archers because witches do have significantly low defense. Witches are great against gargoyles. If you are having trouble with gargoyle rushes, then witches will be necessary to complete a mission. Witches will attack flying units with higher priority.


Valkiries
Spoiler

Valkyries are on par with soldiers. They perform a similar role in providing you with deployment points through kills. Every kill performed by this unit will grant a deployment point. Although Valkyries can only block 1 unit, they have a higher damage output. Valkyries also have some magic resistant. This allows them to take hits from mages and witches without forcing you to make them retreat. One unit you should take interest in is Mischa(May not be english name). Mischa has the Recovery skill, which will be very useful when you are getting chipped away by a heavy armored unit and your healers can't keep up.


Lafate's Note: There are also units known as Berserker and Princess. However I have not personally come across them. So sadly I cannot give even a small statement about them. Well I can for Princess as they are suppose to be amazing duelist like the MC. However they apparently deal magic damage to by pass heavily armored units.

Install it using Ilussion Wizzard or you can extract the contents of the "jg2p07_00_00" folder to your CustomBgm folder on the main game data folder and rename each "BgmXX.wav" file to "AA2BgmXX.wav". Just remember to make backups of your files if necessary!

This pack contains all current best cards of AA2 Character Database and official AA2 characters.
There are currently 1056 cards, eyes / hilights are included. It will be updated regularly.

Selection criteria:
  • No troll characters
  • No custom skins (monsters, scars...)
  • No useless duplicates
  • No obsolete cards
  • Only cards with custom backgrounds
  • Characters that actually matches official anime/game characters

FAQ

[NEW] How to install:
  1. SAVE YOUR FAVORITE CUSTOM CHARACTERS WHO ARE NOT IN THIS PACK
  2. Delete your old AA2Edit/data/save/female and male folders (to avoid duplicates and erase obsolete characters)
  3. Copy/Paste save and texture folders in your AA2Edit/data folder
  4. You're done


[NEW] "Why should I delete my chars you little *******!"
  • You misunderstand the goal here. Of course you can keep your custom characters (and you have to save them before installing this pack), this pack will only give you all special characters with custom backgrounds from AA2 Database and you will have to delete the old ones when it will be updated.

  • Understand that this is a BIG pack, it contains anime/game characters and original characters, there are two threads for characters so I can't put this pack in just one of these! Editing model files: Need help

I can't figure out how to get the Vindictus .mdl files into a usable format for blender. If someone could explain the process, or just do what I want done for me, that'd be great x.x

Basically I'm just trying to cut off 5 "segments" from the bottom of apoc pants on both sides for females so it fits better with Silver Fox boots. (Yes, apoc. Using Silver Fox boots on Vella.)

Artist(s) Wanted for H Visual Novel

I'm currently working with a small team to develop a hentai visual novel. We have two writers, a programmer (myself), and a musician. But the problem is that none of us are terribly skilled artists.

That's why I'm making this post to see if anyone here would be interested in providing art for the game (which will use a custom engine, no "generators" or RPGMaker stuff) when necessary. We will require a background artist as well as a character artist.

There will be compensation, as each team member will be paid according to their contributions from sales (artists will, naturally, receive the largest portion). The completed product will be professionally manufactured and distributed on a considerable scale (which is what most of the budget is going toward). But of course, we're not doing this for the money-- it's simply a fun project made by passionate H-game fans. The project is already in progress, and we're all very determined to make this happen.

As well, this is more than a one-time thing-- we have big plans to expand and create a wide range of h-games in the times to come. Anyone who takes part will be considered an official member of the team, and will be involved in future developments.

dot.HACK SIGN - Questions regarding the series.

Hey there,

I just bought dot.HACK PS2 collection, with the 4 OVA's included (all PAL EU, that's where I am).

Before I started the 1st game, I booted the anime DVD and watched half of it, then I realized - "Ok, this is really cool, I want to watch the anime 1st" - since the anime happens before the first PS2 games.

I can't find a reliable place to download the entire series, so, I'm thinking in buying the entire collection SIGN from RightStuff, it's around 30€ with shipping, so, it's a nice price (if you find it lower, please, link).

But I wanna know if I get the entire 1st story ark with only the 1st Anime and the 4 PS2 games, because GU PS2 games are US only, and I don't want the entire series.
Like, will I be satisfied when I finish this ark, similar to Sword Art Online season 1 anime, or will I get a cliffhanger?

So I was curious to know the truth but can't get any real conclusive information from Google so I thought I would ask. My friend have shared the mod with me and i am very happy. I just want to thank to all the modders and Vinplayer. i have tried many mods, all are awesome and i like the mod of akomni best. It is so reallistic, especially the pussy. I think it is more wonderfull if the pussy is more a little bit deeper and more pubic hair ( sorry because i like pubic hair :3 ). It's just my oppinion but what do you think about that ?
