I can't download this file off of HongFire. Says I'm downloading too quickly.

Yeah I'm new and I'm sorry if this has been discussed before. I looked in the stickies and didn't find anything.

I'm trying to download a file and when I click download it takes me to a page that says:
"Slow Down! You are trying to download files too quickly. You must wait so and so seconds before you may download another file."
