How do you narrow down your favorite characters if it's a long list

Fellow gamers,fellow anime fans and fellow manga fans so you all know ahead of time I'm also including hentai,hentai manga and hentai games as for me i don't know how to narrow down the list of my favorite characters in anime,manga and gaming including hentai,hentai manga and hentai games sorry it's really that hard for me to pick or as you would say it's hard for me to just narrow down the list of my favorite characters if it's a long list or not it depends on what anime,manga and games you're/they're asking me.

And i might post a links of my favorite characters and of course if I'm allowed to if that certain mod on a site allows me now it's your turn and take your time and who knows i might use your suggestions i don't know am i asking advice or not but I'm asking you though How do you narrow down your favorite characters if it's a long list?

And maybe your idea can help me and yes as for me it depends on what anime,manga and games you're/they're asking me and yes like i said I'm including hentai,hentai manga and hentai games take your time whenever and when and if you answer this question who knows i might use your ideas if it's OK with you and i don't know am i asking your advice or not I'm asking how do you narrow down your list of your favorite characters thanks for reading and feel free share your tips on how to narrow down the list of your favorite characters if it is a long list and hard to pick just one alone :).
