How do you find english pages?

I'm trying to search the ends of the earth for english pages on some things...but I only come up short all the time.

For example, I'm looking for this:

I can't figure out how the hell to navigate this. I can't figure out if they've made anything else, if they're currently working on anything.

How am I supposed to do this?
