Rozen maiden series finally ended.

kirakishou created a fake reality inside N field and pulled in all the masters into her world. she made a fake father who made fake rozen maidens because she craved the same thing as the her other sisters.

she even combined with megu to become the fake alice. megu was the closest person to the perfect girl, and she made a deal with kirakishou to do some tasks. even though she seemed like an antagonist, she only did it to collect all the rozen mystica so she could give everything to suigintou in the end. megu's fake body died after giving the rozen mysticas to suigintou who in turn gave all of those to shinku.

kirakishou's power overload herself but she was able to reconcile with shinku. adult jun accepted her as his doll and then she lost her rozen mystica shinku.

as the winner of the alice game, shinku the perfect doll wished to redistribute all the rozen mysticas and revive all the rozen maidens. this wish was granted at the cost of her own rozen mystica.

the final chapter talked about the aftermath for all the masters of rozen maidens. it ended with young jun, now inherited the power of the father, gathering all the rozen maidens to help him search for the material to build a new rozen mystica so he could revive shinku.
