Hmm, I don't quite understand why MMO is so addictive. I'm thinking, once you play a game, there should be a point where the game end, right? I've played games like Xenoblade Chronicles, and kinda understand the aspect that once you have a quest, you want to complete it as soon as possible to get a new gear/item. And that takes a long time because the world in XC is soooooo big, and the amount of quest is ridiculous, but at one point, the game will reach the final boss, or no more boss to beat because you are too strong and KO everything in 1 hit. So what's the incentive that keep people coming back to MMORPG? Right now I only play Battlefield 4 online, and just like all other online FPS, I usually stop when I unlock every single thing (which doesn't happen often because I'm just too lazy). Usually for FPS, the publisher give the game about 1 year, maybe 2 with online contents then move on to another game. That that point, I'm either unlock all the guns/equipment or too sick of the game and move on. That's understandable. But for WoW, it's already 10 freaking years and people still play it?
