Error Message on start of program

Hello,
I've been trying to play Pure Goddess also known as Junketsu★Megami-sama! "Tanezuke Shite Kudasai, Danna-sama!"

I seem to have everything installed correctly (or so I think) but on start of I get this error message



The error message is not actually my screenshot but I found it on another site so I just used it for reference.
I am able to get AGTH to work and it brings up Dialogue, but I can't progress past this error message.

Another forum said that this is saying something like needing more than 64 MB of video memory. I'm certain that I have this but I'm also not sure where I would fix this as it probably is just a setting file somewhere in the game that I need to change... or something.
