Japanese text corruption problem.

I got a weird problem with japanese text getting corrupted thus making games unable to start.
Weird thing is that just suddenly started to happen without me changing anything.
I got my computer Non-unicode on japanese.
This is what 1 of my folders look like now just loads of random letters and stuff.
