Long story short, I took quite a long break for PSO2 due to work/school and whatnot. So I decided to play it again, and so I installed it, started the launcher, and next thing I know, I forgot my old log-ins lol.
I wasn't going to bother with trying to my old password using SEGA's website, because it has been so long and I'm not Japanese fluent. So I decided to create a new account. I logged into my new account, and then this screen showed up (it's on the attachments). I have no idea what it means, care to help?
