So this is their penultimate chapter, both for the series and the company. I can see this going one of two ways:
1) Lovedeath Final! will do for Teatime what Final Fantasy did for Squaresoft (which believe it or not, had prepared to close shop with the expectation FFI would sell as poorly as all their other games up to that point.) It'll be a huge hit, revitalizing them and the H-game genres, making them the act the industry has to follow. Then they'll start making LoveDeathFinal their new flagship series, and in the following years will release LDF2!, LDF3!, LDF4!-LDF14!
2) They collapse completely, and unlikely to find a buyer for their engine, release the source so the fans can do a better job. If they don't officially release it, someone may leak it without consequence, since their nondisclosure agreements would no longer be binding.
