So uhm I was having a conversation with a friend ( this friend really likes vn' s and eroge and what not ) that with his limited knowledge of japanese he was just unable to play untranslated games.
Him being jelly was ranting at me since I have good knowledge of translating and speaking it ... so I actually came to the conclusion that I do not even enjoy playing a game in japanese since I have to go into translator mode for it ( yes I am that horrible at multitasking )
So I was like you know what when my end terms are finished I shall translate some game for you if I can find someone or some people who can do the text hooking and what not is needed to translate a game. He said this would be the best forum for that and it seems like I even have an account here "mind is blown"...
I did not find the right sub-fora to really post it so well I shall make it an introduction-sorta-thingy...
My first plan was to translate Battle Goddess since it' s quite the classic and I can' t encourage myself to play it in japanese, for those who dunno, its supposed to be the first eushully game I think... well anyways I don' t mind translating any game or vn actually as long as there is a gameplay element to it so I can at least replay it myself.
So if there is someone who' s like yeah dood ill hook and patch the game while you translate, then be my guest and respond or pm me or if there is any project in need of a translator I am willing to at least take a look at it.
Ah well and I understand english, french, dutch, spanish, german and japanese so ehm if that' s any help ...
Can both speak and read signs and romanized japanese ( so both logo, kana, roman and what not ) but I am not skilled enough to create my own sentences at high enough speed to not annoy myself.
I am dyslectic and a bit genius so when I writhe down a text at first its always gibberish until I check it again, which you won' t notice unless you would chat with me or something...
Ehm hopefully someone can at least point me in the right direction and zhank yuh velly mach for reading ;)
