Why is there less Uncensored Hentai?

I understand the process of how hentai can only be uncensored if an US company buys the copy right and resell it in the US. There was always been a pretty good stream of new uncensorships to good hentai. But now as hentai quality skyrocketed the amount of uncensorships have gone down significantly. And to be completely honest I don't think anything new have been uncensored in a while. I'm not very up to date on the US-Japanese hentai transactions, can someone with a little bit more knowledge explain why this is happening?
