Direct X Error for the game ~Kimi wo Betabeta ni Sasete Ageru~

The Japanese title is キミベタ～キミをベタベタにさせてあげる～

Now, I managed to find and download the game, however I seem to be having a couple issues with it.

After I Mounted the image in Daemon Tools, everything seemed to be working fine, it seemed to be downloading:happy:

But then I got an error. I HAVE Direct X downloaded, and no matter what I do it doesn't seem to work:giveup:

I would take a picture of the errors shown but sadly I do not know how. :frozen:

It did mention setupdata/directxdata/directx/dxsetup.exe

However I already went to those folders and set it up but it still doesn't work.

Also, on a side note, where can I buy H games online? Getchu won't accept my Visa.
